Indian Caller info Application ("Indian Caller info", "we", "us", or, "ours") offers users ("Users" or "You") services that help them to determine the caller's sim information, backup contacts and many more.

The Privacy Policy of Indian Caller Info ("Policy") helps you understand our policy and procedure for collection, use and disclosure of personal data accessed by us from users of application and services provided by Indian Caller Info.

The "Policy" is applicable to the data submitted by users to us via the "Indian Caller info Application" and the open information displayed by us on the user interface when the user accesses to the "Indian Caller info services".

The "Policy" is not only limited to be applicable to the data submitted by users to us via the "Indian Caller info Service" but also applies to the websites also which are related to Indian Caller info Application.

In this Privacy Policy we explain how we collect, use and disclose information collected via the Website, API and Apps. To make this Privacy Policy easier to read, the Website, our API, our Apps, and the services available therein are collectively called the "Services".

Being a collaborative community our top-priority will always be the relationship with our community. We are therefore firmly committed to the security and protection of integrity of our Users of the Services and their contacts.

The Indian Caller info Application Privacy Policy further describes what information You may share with Indian Caller info and other Users and how Indian Caller info  may use and share such information.

That Indian Caller info is made available on the playstore only for the Subscribers who are residing in the territorial limits of INDIA. This Indian Caller Info is subjected only to the local laws of India. This Indian Caller info Application is not meant for the subscribes who are residing outside the territorial limits of INDIA or are subscribing or installing the Indian Caller Info application these subscribers shall have no claim and are personally responsible for any losses whatsoever cause to them and the developers of this Indian Caller Info Application are not responsible for any damage or lose, whatsoever causes to the subscribes and the developers of the Indian Caller info Application are not subjected to any other law but the local laws of India.

IF YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND OR YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND THIS PRIVACY POLICY, YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND MUST TERMINATE YOUR ACCOUNT AND UNINSTALL THE APPLICATION.

If you are using our Services for an organization, you agree to the Terms and to this Privacy Policy on behalf of that organization.

How We Collect Your Information

We collect information about you directly from you, from third parties, and automatically via your use of the Services.

• Installation: When you install, access or use our App, we may collect information that your mobile device sends like a device identifier, advertising Identifier, network provider, location, language, operating system version and screen resolution as well as information about your use of the Services.  

• Registration: When you register for an account with us, we collect personal information such as your name and email address, phone number, city name, current device date. If You have opted in/ registered, we may collect, use and share information about your profile like User name, User email, City, number and information regarding the contacts contained in Your device's phone book ("Contact Information") in order to provide better the Services. If you link the Services to another account such as Google, facebook, or others (collectively, the "Accounts"), we will access and collect the information interms of user name and user email address that your account allows to be shared (based on your Account privacy settings).

• Backup: When you create an account we will back up a contacts (which happens automatically after creating an account once), and you will be able to sync your backed up contacts between two supported devices. We cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness or availability of the backup feature.

• Submitting Feedback: While submitting the feedback, user name, email and feedback will be collected as provided by user irrespective of user is registered or not. The information will be used to improve the service provided by the Indian Caller Info and respond to the user if required.

• Third Party Accounts: If you decide to link to or authenticate using third-party accounts, we may also collect the identification information required to integrate such accounts as well as the contacts information available on such accounts, including but not limited to the identifiers associated to the social profiles, as permitted by the account privacy settings. For example, if you link your account with your Google account, we may collect information about your Google profile.

• Other Information We Collect Automatically: We also may automatically collect the following information about your use of our Services (including our Apps) through cookies, web beacons, and other technologies: your domain name; your browser type and operating system; page views; links you click; your IP address; location information; the length of time you visit our Site and or use our Services; referring URL; access date and time; mobile device ID; location and language information; device name and model; operating system type, name, and version; your activities within the App; and the length of time that you are logged into our App.  We may combine this information with other information that we have collected about you, including, where applicable, your user name, name, and other personal information. How We Use Information:

We will use the information we collect from you, including your personal information, as follows:

• Provide Services: To process and complete transactions, to respond to requests and inquiries, and for other customer service purposes.
• Personalize Services: To personalize and improve our Services and your service experiences, to tailor the content and information that we may send or display to you, to offer location customization, and personalized help and instructions, and to otherwise personalize your experiences while using the Services.
• Conduct Research and Analytics: To monitor and analyze usage and trends, to better understand how users access and use our Services, both on an aggregated and individualized basis, in order to improve our Services and respond to user desires and preferences, and develop additional product and services.
• Compile Aggregate or De-Identified Information: We may also aggregate and/or de-identify user information for various research, marketing and analytical purposes.  We may also de-identify and aggregate information about call patterns or other patterns.
• Communicate with You: To send you administrative messages and notices regarding the operation and use of our Services, and to send you messages about your account. We may also contact you for verification purposes.
• Application Database: In providing the Services we may create a database, which includes contacts information, spam numbers data, email and texts, and other information.  
• Marketing and promotional purposes: To send you news and newsletters, special offers, and promotions (including those offered by third parties), or to otherwise contact you about products or information we think may interest you (including via email and in-App notice).

Data Storage:

All Personal Data you provide to us is stored on secure servers. At present we use Firebase Servers to store the data. Please check the firebase policies for clarification. We limit access to your Personal Data to employees who we believe have a legitimate need to come into contact with that information in order to fulfill their role and provide products or services to you.

How We Share Information:

We may disclose the information we collect, including in some cases personal information, as follows:

• Service Providers: We use certain third party service providers to help us provide, improve, protect, and promote our Services. These third parties may access your information to perform tasks on our behalf.
• Affiliates: We may disclose the information we collect from you to our affiliates or subsidiaries; however, if we do so, their use and disclosure of your personally identifiable information will be subject to this Privacy Policy.
• By Law: We may share information about you if we believe we are required by law or in response to legal process (such as a subpoena, warrant or court order).
• To Protect Us and Others: As evidence in litigation in which we are involved, or where we believe it's necessary to enforce or apply this Privacy Policy, our Terms or our other policies, or to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person.
• Business Transfers: If we are acquired by or merged with another company, if substantially all of our assets are transferred to another company, or as part of a bankruptcy proceeding, we may transfer the information we have collected from you to the other company.
• Aggregate or De-identified Information: we may disclose, share and resell aggregate or de-identified data for the purpose of research, marketing and analysis.
• In addition to the disclosures noted above, we will also share information about you when you instruct us to do so, such as when you connect with others through our Services, and for other reasons for which we notify you when we collect your information, or otherwise with your consent.

Cookies and Tracking:

We use cookies, clear GIFs, log files and other tracking mechanisms to collect information about your use of our Sites and Apps, as described above.  We may combine this information with other personal information we collect from you.

• Cookies:  Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer's hard drive through your web browser for record-keeping purposes.  Some cookies enable a faster log-in process, and some allow us to track your activities at Website.  Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but if you prefer, you can edit your browser options to block them in the future.  The "Help" portion of the toolbar on most browsers will tell you how to disable cookies or change your cookies settings.  
• Clear GIFs, pixel tags and other technologies:  Clear GIFs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, which are embedded invisibly on web pages.  We may use clear GIFs (a.k.a. web beacons, web bugs or pixel tags) to track the activities of visitors to our Website, help us manage content, and compile statistics about usage.  We may also use clear GIFs in HTML emails to our clients, to help us track email response rates, identify when our emails are viewed, and track whether our emails are forwarded.  
• Do-Not-Track.  Currently, our systems do not recognize browser "do-not-track" requests. You may, however, disable certain tracking as discussed in this section (e.g., by disabling cookies).
• Third Party Analytics: We also use automated devices and applications to evaluate usage of the Services.  For example, we may use Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics for Apps  to collect analytics information about the App and Website. These analytics providers may use cookies and other technologies to perform their services, and may combine the information that they collect about you on our Sites with other information that they have collected.  Please note that the way that such third parties use your information will be governed by their respective privacy policies and terms of use.

Plug-ins and Social Media Widgets:

The Services may include social media features and widgets, such as the Facebook Like button and the "Share this" button, as well as other interactive mini-programs that run on the Services and enable certain features to work (e.g., content sharing and comments). These features may collect your IP address and other usage information.  These features are displayed on our Services, but are hosted by third parties, and are subject to their own privacy policies, not this one.

Third-Party Links:

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites. Any access to and use of such linked websites is not governed by this Privacy Policy, but instead is governed by the privacy policies of those third party websites. We are not responsible for the information practices of such third party websites.

Information Accuracy, Completeness or Reliability:

We have the right (but not the obligation) to review, remove, edit or correct false, inaccurate or outdated information with respect to the Services. While we aim to keep information as accurate as possible, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness or reliability of information.

Your Information:

You may access and update your account information by logging in to the Services and amending your profile. You may cancel your Account and delete your data at any time by accessing the "App info" section, selecting the "Delete  account" option and clicking the "Yes" button.

We will use reasonable efforts to honor your request; however, we may retain an archived copy of some of your information as required by law and/or for our own record keeping purposes. Please note that if you choose to remove information you might not be able to use some or all of our Services.

Marketing Choices:

We may send periodic promotional or informational emails to you, about Contacts Plus and the Services, and, from time-to-time, about third party products and offers we think may interest you. You may opt-out of such communications by following the opt-out instructions contained in the e-mail. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for us to process opt-out requests. If you opt-out of receiving promotional emails from us, we may still send you e-mails about your account or any Services you have requested or received from us. Also, please note that if you take advantage of a third party offer that Contacts Plus has sent to you, that third party may collect certain information from you, subject to their own privacy policies.

Security:

We employ administrative, physical and electronic measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access.  However, despite these efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.

International Users:

Your information will be transferred to and maintained on computers located in the United States (or any other country where we, our affiliates, subsidiaries, agents and our service providers operate) and processed there. The United States and the other jurisdictions to which we transfer information may not have equivalent data protection laws as your home jurisdiction.  By providing any information to us, or permitting us to collect information via the Services, you acknowledge and expressly consent to the transfer of such information to, and processing and storage of such information in the United States and any other jurisdiction in which we or our affiliates, subsidiaries, service providers or agents operate.  

Children Under 13:

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected personal information of a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information from our files as soon as possible.

Understanding the Fair Information Practice Principles and how they should be implemented is critical to comply with the various privacy laws that protect personal information.
